When visiting the workshop of Jesus Cebellos, he was decorating oblong trays as coffee beans. I then suggested decorating them with a yin-yang approach. Jesus ran with the idea, and here we have these beautiful yin-yang-inspired trays. The eight-pointed star is called the “sun of the Pastos.” They are 5 in. wide at the widest point and about 10 in. long. They are perfect for storing small things like jewelry or wrapped candies. Due to the type of finish, these should not have direct contact with food. We had another set similar to this one, but it was sold.
